Upon entering the upstairs duplex guests are greeted by a charming coastal cottage well decorated and well equipped! This space has been renovated and equipped with luxury vinyl flooring, new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a washer/dryer.
The kitchen is both beautiful and fully stocked with all the essentials including a drip and pod coffee maker, French press, toaster oven, blender, pots/pans, cookware, etc.
There is ample seating with three comfortable barstools and dining designed for six. The main living area has a 55” Smart TV (ROKU online streaming options) with a sofa and loveseat.
The master bedroom offers a King bed, dresser, Smart TV, closet, and en suite bathroom with his and her sinks and walk-in shower.
The second room offers a Queen bed with a Smart TV and closet.
The third room has a Daybed with a Twin trundle. Across the hall, you will find the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
This beach house is perfect for the family providing a variety of perks that you will not find in other rentals including a charcoal grill, cordless charging stations, bikes with helmets, baby bath, high chair, pack-n-play, kids games and books, beach gear and more!
Linens, bath towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper (1) per bathroom, paper towels (1), trash bags, and a sponge.)
*** Note: the adjoining Atlantic Sunrise B duplex that is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom is available for rent as well. This is ideal for larger families and/or groups that would like to stay close together! Feel free to contact our office for special pricing for the entire property.
