This charming two-bedroom pet-friendly condo is perfectly located on the north end of Amelia Island just two blocks from the beach. Guests are encouraged to explore the island, a 10-minute (2 miles) bike ride to Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach to enjoy restaurants and shopping, 3 3-minute bike ride explore Fort Clinch State Park and only 5 minutes to Egan’s Creek Greenway.
Upon entering Sunny Daze guests are greeted by a fresh and comfortable space. The main living area offers plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV. The dining room designed for six opens to the back patio where guests can sit, relax and listen to the ocean waves.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including cookware, utensils, a crock pot, a bullet, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker.
Also located on the ground level is a half bathroom and full-size washer.
Directly upstairs is the master bedroom equipped with a King bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The bathroom is a shower/tub combo. The guest room has a Queen bed and Twin bed.
Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)
Two parking spots and an outdoor shower are available.
An additional $150 pet fee is required.
