This spacious two-bedroom condo is perfectly located on the north end of Amelia Island offering excellent walkability to everything you need for a perfect family vacation. In just a short walk (two blocks) you have access to the beach, restaurants, playground, putt putt golf, sand volleyball courts, Fort Clinch State Park, and much more.

Guests have full access to the newly renovated pool, Jacuzzi, designated grilling area, and garage.

Upon entering the unit you are greeted by an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining, and main living area. Then light and coastal color palate makes you feel right at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including pots/pans, a blender, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The dining area sits eight comfortably. The main living area is equipped with a sofa, loveseat, chair and a large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead you to the private balcony with plenty of seating. This arrangement is truly ideal for friends and family to gather.

The master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and walk-in shower. The guest room is equipped with Twin beds with the ability to convert into a King bed, closet and flat-screen TV, and across the hall is the second bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Guests can also utilize the pull-out sofa in the main living area.

The unit has a full-size washer/dryer.

Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)

In addition to quick access to the beach and endless activities, guests are only a few minutes away from our Historic Fernandina Beach area where you can shop and enjoy the downtown marina.
