Atlantic Sunrise B is a charming duplex perfectly located on S. Fletcher Avenue directly across the street from the beach. Guest are just steps away from having their feet in the sand or taking advantage of the spacious covered outdoor area.
Upon entering the downstairs duplex guests are greeted by a bright, coastal, and comfortable space that makes you feel right at home. This space has been renovated and equipped with luxury vinyl flooring, new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a washer/dryer.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including a regular coffee maker, French press, toaster oven, blender, pots/pans, cookware etc. The open floor plan allows guests to flow easily from the kitchen, dining, and main living area.
There is ample seating with four barstools and dining designed for six. The main living area has a 55” Smart TV with online streaming options a sofa and a chair.
The master bedroom offers a King bed, dresser, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with his and her sinks and walk-in shower.
The second room offers a Queen bed with a Smart TV and closet.
The third room has Twin bunkbeds with a closet. Across the hall, you will find the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
This beach house is perfect for the family providing a variety of perks that you will not find in other rentals including a charcoal grill, corn hole game, play station gaming system, cordless charging stations, bikes with helmets, baby bath, booster seat, pack n play, kids games and books, beach gear and more!
Linens, bath towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper (1) per bathroom, paper towels (1), trash bags, and a sponge.)
*** Note: the adjoining Atlantic Sunrise A duplex that is a three bedroom, two bathroom is available for rent as well. This is ideal for larger families and/or groups that would like to stay close together! Feel free to contact our office for special pricing for the entire property.
