POOL CONSTRUCTION WILL BEGIN MAY 2024.
This three-bedroom private beach bungalow is PET-friendly and perfectly located on South Fletcher Avenue! With ocean views, private patios, fenced in the back yard, and only steps away from the beach making this the ultimate beach getaway!
Upon entering the property guests are greeted with an open floor plan that can serve as a workspace (computer monitor provided) or flex space for friends and family to gather. This room is equipped with a pull-out sofa Queen bed and flat-screen TV. Down the hall are two guest rooms along with a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The first room has a Queen bed and closet and the second room has a Twin daybed with trundle, closet, and direct access to the fenced-in back yard.
The upstairs is framed by a vaulted ceiling and two sets of doors that open to the ocean. The ocean views are visible from the main living area, dining, and kitchen. Here guests can access the oversized patio. A remote control awning provides shade on demand. Outdoor seating includes a love seat, two chairs, and a bistro table with two chairs.
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. Centered by an island with seating for four.
The master bedroom has a King bed with a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private balcony that overlooks the backyard.
Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)
A washer/dryer is provided as well.
After spending the day at the beach (located directly across the street) guests can rinse off at the outdoor shower and relax or explore our Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach just four miles away.
PETS UNDER 35 LBS ARE WELCOME WITH $150 PET FEE.
