The open-concept living area features panoramic ocean views, an oversized sectional, dining for eight, and a flat-screen TV with live streaming through YouTube TV. Step onto the oceanfront balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, refreshing sea breezes, and beautiful coastal scenery.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, a toaster, blender, and traditional coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

Comfortable Accommodations
The main-level bedroom features a queen bed, TV, closet, and dresser, with a nearby full bathroom and walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, breathtaking ocean views, TV, ample storage, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes two full-size beds, a TV, dresser, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A roll out bed and twin air mattress are also provided for additional sleeping flexibility.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer, hair dryers in every bathroom, a DVD player, and beach chairs.

Beach Access & Community Amenities
Enjoy easy beach access via the community's paved path and boardwalk over the dunes, with an outdoor shower nearby for rinsing off after a day in the sand.
Guests also have access to the Summer Beach community pool and the oceanfront pool at Amelia Island Golf Club's Beach Club. Nearby attractions include scenic walking trails, bike and kayak rentals, local restaurants, shopping, and the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District.
