This spectacular oceanfront condo provides everything you need for the perfect family vacation including location, pool, space, and convenience! Located within the Omni Amelia Island Plantation guests can feel safe and secure in a gated community with everything at their fingertips!
Once you enter through the front door there a a few steps to the main floor where guests are greeted by a wall of windows that offer the BEST views!! The open floor plan connects the main living area, kitchen, and dining room allowing the natural sunlight to cascade throughout the space.
The main living area is equipped with a leather sofa, love seat, two chairs, TV with Xfinity cable, and sliding glass doors that lead to the private balcony overlooking the pool and beach.
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including a regular coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, and more.
The first bedroom features a King bed, dresser, closet, and TV and an UPDATED attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing privacy and comfort for guests.
The second bedroom offers a Queen with a dresser, closet and TV. The second bathroom is across the hall with a shower/tub combo.
The third bedroom provides a Queen bed, TV, and an attached bathroom with a jetted tub/shower.
While staying here you have full access to the NEWLY renovated pool, grilling area, oceanfront cabanas, and designated boardwalk that leads straight to the beach. Guests can also enjoy over seven miles of walking and bike trails to explore, the Omni shops, restaurants, and even the Spa.
Please note, there are three sets of small stairs that separate each level.
For your convenience beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and beach toys are provided in addition to fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)
