The main living area features a sofa (with a Queen sleeper), a love seat, and a Smart TV with online streaming capabilities through Hulu. Guests have the option of closing the barn door for additional privacy when using the pull-out sleeper.
The kitchen is fully updated and stocked with all the essentials, including a blender, toaster, coffee maker (drip and pods), cookware, and more!
All three bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms. The primary bedroom (located upstairs) offers a King bed, dresser and TV. Both bedrooms downstairs have the unique feature of sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor pool area.
The home is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, with a screened-in patio next to the pool that offers outdoor dining, a tiki bar and an outdoor TV. This space is perfect for evening cocktails and/or family pool days!

For your convenience, beach towels, a beach cart, beach chairs (4) along with fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper (2) per bathroom, paper towels (1), trash bags and a sponge) is provided.
A washer/dryer is located downstairs.
Two parking spots are available in the driveway, and two compact vehicles can fit in the garage.
